- Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders above ₹499.
- Shipping charges apply to orders below ₹499.
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking updates via email and SMS.

Returns & Exchanges
Returns or exchanges are accepted only under the following circumstances:
- The product was damaged during transit.
- You received the wrong product.
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

To Qualify for a Return or Exchange
The product must:
- Be unused and in saleable condition.
- Be returned in its original packaging with all labels and seals intact.

- Show no signs of use, tampering, damage, or mishandling.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:
- Opened, used, or tampered products.
- Products damaged due to improper handling, storage, or misuse.
- Products purchased during promotional offers, clearance sales, trial campaigns, or special discounts (unless damaged or incorrectly delivered).
- Requests submitted more than 7 days after delivery.
Refund Policy
All products are non-refundable, except for returns approved under this policy. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

If your return is approved after inspection, Edenesse may offer:

Refund Method
- Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds will be processed via bank transfer after bank details are verified.
Order Cancellation

After Dispatch
Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched. If eligible under this policy, you may request a return after delivery. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed only after the returned product has been received and approved following inspection.

- Depending on your bank or payment provider, the amount may take 7–21 business days to reflect in your account.
