How much is delivery?
Delivery is free on all orders above ₹499. Below that, standard delivery is ₹49. The exact amount is always shown in your order summary before you pay.
How long will my order take?
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours, in plastic-free packaging. Delivery typically takes 4–6 business days depending on your location.
How do I track my order?
Use our Track your order page, or the tracking link in your confirmation email.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, credit and debit cards and net banking, as well as Cash on Delivery.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes. Choose Cash on Delivery at checkout and pay the courier when your order arrives.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. The entire checkout runs over an encrypted connection, and card and UPI payments are handled by our payment provider — we never see or store your card details.
Returns & refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer 15-day easy returns on unopened items. Full details are on our Cancellation & refund policy page.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, as long as it has not been dispatched. Email us as soon as possible and we will do our best to catch it.
Products
Are your products suitable for all hair types?
Our formulations are designed for all hair types. If you have a scalp condition or are pregnant or nursing, please check with your doctor before use.
Are your products tested on animals?
Never. Everything we make is cruelty-free and vegan, made in small batches and tested in the lab.
How long until I see results?
Most people use a product consistently for 8–12 weeks before judging results. Hair growth is gradual and varies from person to person.
