Edenesse Botanicals Pvt. Ltd. (“Edenesse”, “we”, “us”) operates this website and sells hair-care products from 14 Amrapali Marg, Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur 302021, Rajasthan, India. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
An order is accepted when we email your confirmation and order number. Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include GST. We accept UPI, major cards, net banking and cash on delivery.
If a pricing error slips through, we will contact you before charging or shipping — you can confirm the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.
Orders dispatch from Jaipur within 24 hours on business days. Delivery typically takes 2–7 days depending on your pin code. Shipping is free over ₹599, and ₹49 otherwise. Risk passes to you on delivery; title passes on full payment.
Our products are cosmetics, not medicines, and are not a treatment for medical hair-loss conditions. Patch-test before first use, keep products out of eyes and away from children, and stop use if irritation occurs. If you are pregnant, nursing or under dermatological care, check with your doctor first.
Keep your login details private; you are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts used fraudulently. You can ask us to delete your account and personal data at any time by writing to hello@edenesse.in.
Reviews must reflect your genuine experience. By posting one, you let us display it (with your first name and city) on the site and in our materials. We remove content that is abusive, misleading or spam. All site content — copy, photography, formulas, branding — belongs to Edenesse.
To the extent Indian law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
These terms are governed by Indian law. Courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction — though we would much rather you email us first; almost everything is fixable in one reply.
