  1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return or replacement under the following conditions:

Wrong or damaged product received

Product is expired or defective

Missing items in the package

Note: We do not accept returns for products opened, used, or damaged after delivery unless proven defective.


  1. Return Window

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

For items like supplements, skincare, or wellness products, the packaging must be unopened and in original condition.

Reason for return

Clear photos of the product (if damaged/incorrect)

  1. Our support team will verify the request and arrange a pickup (if applicable).
  2. You will receive return shipping instructions or a pickup date.

  1. Refund Process

Once the product is received and inspected:

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

If payment was made via Cash on Delivery (COD), we’ll request your bank details for a secure refund.


  1. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Opened or used products

Items marked as “non-returnable” at the time of purchase

Free samples or gifts


  1. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped by emailing us at edenesse25@gmail.com

Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, but you may initiate a return after delivery.


  1. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed only for wrong or defective items.

Replacement will be shipped once the returned item is received and inspected.
